Cast Atlanta operates a publicly accessible talent directory.

Information designated as public on a Talent profile may be viewed by website visitors, search engines, and other users.

• Headshots.

• Professional credits.
• Skills and experience.
• General location.
• Selected portfolio information.
• Approved social media links and embedded demo reels for eligible Talent Plus members.

Private contact information, protected talent rates, private messages, and restricted account information are not intended to be publicly displayed.

Verified Professional Plus members may receive access to additional talent information and communication tools according to their membership permissions.

Public profile information may be indexed, cached, copied, or shared by third parties. Removing information from Cast Atlanta may not immediately remove copies from search engines or other websites.

4. Professional Access and Communications

Certain information and features are restricted to eligible professional members.

Professional verification and membership permissions determine whether a user may access protected talent information or initiate recruiting communications.

We may process and retain messages, applications, and casting activity to operate the platform, address disputes, enforce our policies, and investigate potential misuse.

We do not guarantee that a recipient will keep information confidential after it has been voluntarily shared through an authorized communication.

5. Talent Plus and Professional Plus Memberships

Cast Atlanta offers free and paid membership options.

Talent Plus members may display approved social media links and externally embedded demo reels.

Professional Plus members may access additional recruiting tools and protected talent information, subject to verification and applicable platform restrictions.

If a paid membership expires, associated premium features may become unavailable. Certain saved information may be retained to facilitate future account reactivation.

When payment processing is activated, transactions may be handled by an external payment provider. We may receive billing-related records, such as transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription dates, and limited payment-method details.

We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on Cast Atlanta's application servers.

6. Refer a Friend Program

Talent members may participate in the Cast Atlanta referral program.

To administer referrals, we collect and process information such as:

• Referral codes.
• Referrer account identifiers.
• Referred account identifiers.
• Signup and eligibility status.
• Referral reward history.
• Membership credits earned.

Eligible Talent members may earn 30 days of Talent Plus access for each qualifying referral, up to a lifetime maximum of 12 rewarded referrals.

Referral information is used to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, administer rewards, and measure program effectiveness.

Professional accounts are not eligible for Talent Plus referral rewards.

7. External Videos and Social Media

Cast Atlanta supports externally hosted demo reels, including approved YouTube and Vimeo embeds.

Cast Atlanta does not host demo reel video files.

When you view an embedded video or follow an external social media link, the third-party provider may collect information under its own privacy policies, including information about your device, browser, and interaction with its services.

Cast Atlanta is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of external websites.

8. When We Share Information

Other Platform Users: Public profile information is available to visitors, and certain protected information may be available to authorized professional members.

This commitment applies to both Talent and Professional account holders, including members using our free and paid membership options.

• We do not sell your resumes, headshots, or personal profile information to data brokers.
• We do not sell your private messages, casting applications, or audition-related information.
• We do not sell your financial, payment, or subscription information.
• We do not sell your referral information or membership activity.
• We do not provide third parties with personal information for independent marketing purposes in exchange for payment.

How Information May Be Shared

Although we do not sell personal information, limited information may be shared when necessary to operate Cast Atlanta.

For example:

• Public Talent Profiles: Information members choose to make public may be viewed by website visitors and search engines.
• Authorized Professional Access: Verified professionals with appropriate membership permissions may access certain talent information for legitimate casting and recruitment purposes.
• Service Providers: Trusted providers may process information on our behalf to support website hosting, authentication, email notifications, security, and payment processing.

Providing access to information through Cast Atlanta's authorized casting and recruitment features does not authorize recipients to sell, scrape, harvest, or redistribute member information.
